By accessing or using ViewRaid ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
ViewRaid is a stream growth tool that provides artificial viewers, chatters, and followers for live streaming platforms including Twitch, Kick, and YouTube. The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee specific results, uptime, or compatibility with third-party platforms.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments
Plans are purchased as one-time payments. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices may change; existing purchases are not affected.
5. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our Service, we do not offer refunds for purchased plans. Once a plan is activated, it is considered consumed. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to violate platform terms of service, to harass others, or to resell or redistribute the Service without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewRaid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
