ViewRaid is intended for streamers who wish to boost their channel visibility and grow their audience on Twitch, Kick, and YouTube. The Service is designed to provide artificial viewers, chatters, and followers to help channels gain initial traction and improve discoverability.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Abuse or harass: Target other users, streamers, or channels for harassment, bullying, or malicious purposes
- Resell or redistribute: Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written authorization
- Illegal use: Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms of service
- Fraud: Use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity
- Reverse engineering: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying technology
- Overload systems: Excessively strain our infrastructure or attempt to circumvent usage limits
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you share access with others, you remain liable for their use. You must not share credentials or allow unauthorized access. Violations by anyone using your account may result in suspension or termination.
4. Platform Compliance
Use of artificial viewers, chatters, or followers may violate the terms of service of Twitch, Kick, YouTube, or other platforms. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with platform rules. ViewRaid does not guarantee that use of our Service complies with any platform's terms.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, or take other action we deem appropriate. We are not obligated to provide notice before taking action. Repeated violations may result in permanent bans.
